! We had worked with him for almost 2 years trying to find our forever home, and he was patient and non pressuring towards us the entire time! He took into consideration all of the things we had asked for in a new home, & only showed us the ones that fit all those criteria! (And it was pretty picky criteria!) He was very engaging so much so he was the first agent we disclosed to that we’ve been doing our homework and just needed to find THE house. Fast forward a week later we found ourselves with a property we wanted to put an offer on with an agent who became unavailable. Of all the agents we met at open houses, Fernando made an impression and was easily our first choice. We reached out to him Saturday evening and he met with us on Sunday morning with a plan in place.
